"The hotel is beautiful nestled up in the mountains. The grounds are beautiful but unfortunately we did not get to explore much due to the rain. The staff were helpful especially after we left behind one of our luggages and they were able send it to our next destination. It’s quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The onsen and warm

"The room was really spacious and provided us the option of having western and Japanese style room and we really liked it. We didn’t use the facilities because of lack of time but the hotel has

and public baths. Location wise the hotel is a 10min walking from the bus stop (Hakone free pass) or 4 mins walking from the other bus line in Hakone. There aren’t many restaurants around so plan ahead as the only ones around closed around 8pm."

The private Onsen on the 7th floor can be booked using their App which was explained during the check-in process. The buffet was good and had a lot of variety that caters to westerners and locals. "とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"Overall good stay, the garden was a high light to walk around at night. Ukulele class at hotel lobby was fun. Swimming pool, water park was packed. Hotel offered ice-cream machine for free and need to take a token from reception but we didn’t know until the day we checked out. Need to see the sign next to the machine, did not look as not too kin on sweet but my children love, wish we knew earlier or was given a token when check in would be more useful. Hotel off ¥5606 for food order as platinum member but was given a VIP lounge pass, it was nice but we do not drink alcohol, food was limited snack but no to our taste, spaces was full when we wen first evening. I prefer cash credit for food order in the future. Thanks"
