"Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. "We had a Japanese style room with a private hot spring tub in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The hot spring temperature is just perfect and enjoyable. We arrived very late to the hotel and missed our dinner. The breakfast was served in our room by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Staff speak very very little English but they use an interpreter online to assist guests. They provide courtesy shuttle to the train station."
