We found a couple of nice places in the nearby town where we enjoyed more traditional Japanese-style meals/ambiance. Overall we were very happy with our stay here. "Check and check out is always smooth. Lovely views from all the rooms. The PET-OK rooms are well furnished. Dog run is real grass not cheap artificial turf. Love the heated pool. Breakfast buffet quite good. "

"The hotel was very clean and modern, staff were amazing and paid a lot of attention on the guests (eg they rushed out to welcome us as we drove into the car park and helped with our luggages, same on the way out). Lovely day and night view, the aesthetic of the hotel was totally beyond par - loved every bit of it!"
