"The hotel was amazing. We had a large comfortable room with beautiful city view. This hotel is within walking distance (about 15 mins) of Umeda Hankyu and JR station. It's super convenient with a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was very, very excellent especailly, the western style breakfast as far as quantity and quality. "We stayed at a near by hotel for a couples days first and extended our Osaka trip staying at Monterey. We wished we booked here from the beginning!! Nice set up, spacious room. We loved their pillows! Cute decors too. West Exit of Osaka Station from Subways was a little confusing but we got used to it. 7 Eleven was by JR station and one near by. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Umeda area for shopping and transportation. This will be our hotel for Osaka stay!! "

"Location, and staff were amazing! Small downside: pool is for adults only. Our fault for not checking and not a diss on the hotel. We used this hotel as our Osaka site seeing spot and USJ adventures. Beds were really small is our only complaint. "
