"Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. We got lost so many times trying to come back out that entrace at the end of the day LOL. An good spot in Osaka, on a side street. Need to take an elevator up and It can get crowded with large families checking in or out with tons of luggage. Staff spoke English and was nice and...

"stayed at their premier floor. enjoyed my stay very much. only disappointment is my room next door is under contruction which is inevitable; noise from the work starts from morning to evening. enjoy the vast buffet breakfast and happy hours. location is also easy access to metro and eateries. take their preimier floor package; you wouldnt regret. room is spacious and bed is comfortable. basic toilets is available in the room. additional toiletries are available at the lobby for self service....

"Good location as within short walking distant to Nishi Umeda & Osaka Station. Nice hotel room which offers good amenities and a There are also washing machines provided where we can do laundry at a small cost. The hotel staff are friendly & we appreciated the good service provided. It’s so nice that the hotel offers lounge service where hotel guests can have free drinks and food starting from late morning till evening. Highly recommend."

"Stayed in this hotel many times. Love the location. Perfect to get around Osaka and nearby cities. Shopping and restaurants plenty within Osaka station. I have just one small concern. Hotel still using plastic electric kettle. Stainless steel would be nice. Probably hotel management should consider doing some upgrades. "
