"This was our fourth time visiting the Cromwell Arms. It's a lovely little gem for a sneaky little night away for 2. Rooms are lovely and the pub serves delicious food. My only gripe was that they no longer give you the mini bottle of gin and tonic water in the room, which was always a nice touch, we got the normal bottle of bear.... but no gin for me :-(. "

"Welcoming and friendly host (Julia) who met us on arrival and showed us to our room after showing us the breakfast room and downstairs facilities. Bedroom was well furnished and clean as well as the very large bathroom which had both shower and bath. Small fridge in bedroom stocked with chilled water and milk and lots of supplies to make drinks. Very quiet area, peaceful sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast (continental), self-serve. Parking on site, felt a safe area to walk to local restaurant....
