"No wonder why a lot love this excellent place! I preferred this location in comparison with the previous one we've used in Hanoi as grab car can easily pick us up. Walk to the nearby markets are so convenient! Jim and his staffs were awesome! They are willing, welcomes with a smile and very helpful. They assisted us and even offered we take our packed breakfast, when we left fornthe airport early. The rooms are simple but clean! "

"If there were more stars on this review I would give them over 5. The entire staff was helpful with a smile on their faces. The restaurant downstairs of the hotel was terrific authentic Vietnamese food. Love it. We wanted to stay one more night but they were sold out and they took our luggage to the new hotel while we were in an all day tour we had booked. Service overall was wonderful. "
