"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two lovely nights. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and were impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the hotel in general. "We had a lovely stay, the room was nice and clean and comfortable. However we were told by reception on arrival that we could use the spa facilities the following day, which we were looking forward to, we were then told we couldn’t use the facilities after 11am at checkout. This was extremely disappointing given that we booked the hotel for the reason of the spa facilities."

"The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the train station which is very handy for those who don't want to stay in Manchester city centre. It's lovely and quiet. Our room was very warm even with heating off and the fan on, I think the pool could've been a little warmer and to provide cups for the fresh water fountain. "This is a fantastic small hotel in an excellent location next to a large park as well as excellent shopping and eateries. Although we'd recommend eating in the hotel - some of the best food we've had for a long time.
