"A fantastic find for our needs. The owner was exceptionally helpful. Central to the city. Great value for money. We had a great room. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work. Maybe stick with 2 separate items. 2- Not ideal for light sleepers. Can sadly hear a lot through the walls. 3- although the apartment was clean. I am not too sure the hoover was done. "Lovely stay in city centre. Offered upgrade on check in. Bar staff told us about joining reward scheme to get half price drinks on happy hour. Room spacious and very clean. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Tram stop only short walk for Meadowhall or arena. Would highly recommend "

"Good location, decent sized room and comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom facilities clean. Gym facilities are good by hotel standards and the in room fridge was a bonus. The room aircom unit is dated, not easy to navigate, and not very effective. The hotel has 2 main lifts, one was out of order for my whole stay with no explanation or updates. "
