"Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"

"Beautiful lobby, but really old dated rooms which let it down. Breakfast was really good. The room itself didn’t match the high standards everywhere else. The toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom, with no sink. The textured wallpaper in the room resembles the exterior walls of a 1980s house. Modernisation is definitely required. Couldn’t fault the location. Perfect for both the train station and the city centre "
