"Lovely hotel The annexe area is very tired and the bathrooms need updating. The spa was ok but could benefit from an upgrade and maybe some soft relaxing music in the treatment rooms. The staff were ok. No one ‘went the extra mile’ let’s say. Staff need to be more customer focused at times felt like they were putting themselves out to accommodate us when it should be that nothing was too much trouble especially in the spa. This didn’t spoil our stay though. "

"Amazing! We were initially put in Room 3 which we found a little disappointing for what we had paid. We asked for Room 5 (our very favourite room) and we were delighted to change rooms (although slightly confused why we hadn’t been offered that one first?). "Brought my mum for the day and night. We had an accessible room across the road from the hotel in a cute little courtyard which was really quiet at night. The room was really big with two bathrooms, espresso coffee machine, Robert’s radio and beautifully decorated. We both enjoyed a 2 course meal the evening before in the restaurant and the breakfast what a menu with lots of choices plus a continental stand. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. "

"This is the perfect stay for those who holiday with their hound. Our room had its own private garden which backed on to a popular pathway.
