"The staff is fabulous; the quickly took care of our several requests and were always pleasaant and polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only thing that would have been nice was an outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom, but there was one right outside, so that was a minor issue. Having a tube stop at the end of the block was great. Also loved small stores right next door.The hotel is an easy walk to the Tate Modern, the Shard, Borough Market, etc....
