" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. So much so I brought extra tea bags extra milk and some biscuits of my own. To date I have not spoken with any of the chamber women who speak English so they do not know what I'm asking them to...

"The hotel is beautiful and modern, located right across a metro station and steps to Tower Bridge. Rooms are very comfortable. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that included a fully equipped kitchen. Welcome gifts (chocolates) were a nice touch. Thank you Francisca for an amazing service.
