"We really enjoyed our stay here. My list of negatives are very small compared to the long list of positives. On the negatives if you’re looking for a nice beach with Crystal Clearwaters, this is not it. It is Sandy, but the water is quite murky. secondly this is a really big resort with 1005 rooms so the pool areas are packed body to body. If you put towels down on the chairs before 7 o’clock, they will get taken away and occasionally through the day we saw that happen as well, but you really have no choice other than two get a chair early. Those are really, my only two major negatives. I did not like the fact that we had to wear an Expedia bracelet as well as the Royalton bracelet that was useless and annoying. The Royalton bracelet is also your room key and I absolutely love that. It’s so handy to never think about where your key is or dig it out from the bottom of your beach bag. I like the Royalton app. We did not understand how to make dinner reservations and we talked to three people before they explained that the first row of restaurants you see are the DC restaurants that you can’t book unless you are diamond club but just scroll down and you’ll find the other restaurant and it was very easy to make reservations. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It is the only resort I’ve ever been to where there seem to be endless trays of bacon. The fruit was fresh. They were never out of anything. The lunch buffet had sushi that was decent all the restaurants were good"

"Haven is a very nice resort. Dinners were excellent! Not a lot of choices for lunch if you don’t do the Serenity club, there is always a buffet and 2 small snack shacks; but no restaurants where you can order from. Breakfast is only a buffet, so no choices there either. Very nice rooms and pools. Some of the entertainment was decent, but nothing special. Beach is nice and quiet, not a lot of people on it. Staff is very friendly and great service. One pool is quiet and laid back, one pool is more of a party, loud pool. We’d stay there again"

"I travelled with a group of 6 and we had a fantastic time! The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly! The grounds were kept clean, and the food at the Buffet was delicious! The resort is big but everything is within a short walking distance no longer than 10 mins and they have shuttles that run all day too! The a la cartes were not my personal favourite but they were not terrible, however the service was always really good and friendly! If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing vacation with good food and friendly service this is it! Would return!"

Staff was exceptional; Gordon R. and Luna (sorry don’t recall other names) were very welcoming and provided lots of inclusive activities. Food was very good with lots of variety.
