"Our trip was amazing! Gabriel took great care of us and Maria in the serenity lounge was fantastic! Lots of dining and pool options, good food, great service from all the staff. The hydrotherapy was a superb bonus with our stay and we chose to add on the scalp and neck massages, Richi in the spa made it a very relaxing experience. Nightly shows and entertainment were also always fun"

"One of the most amazing properties I’ve stayed at. It’s smaller and more intimate, which means less entertainment options so that might be something to consider if you like to really party. More on the lax side but I didn’t mind because of the beautiful aesthetic + we went out to Coco Bongo for entertainment anyway. There’s 2 restaurants, 1 buffet, 2 snack bars and 2 alcohol bars. Restaurants didn’t require reservations which was really convenient. Food was a1 on the Mediterranean restaurant. I’d say food here is above average compared to most resort food. Since it’s a smaller boutique hotel, the staff are amazing and aim to please every guest. Aesthetically pleasing for photos, with the 2 pools overlooking the beach. Some wear and tear on the property but the rooms are also very clean. Although I wouldve appreciated if the cleaning staff were more consistent with checking in the rooms to make sure everything was good. Room service for food was fast and efficient but might take 30 mins if you ask for a towel or beddings. Beach was nice! there was quite a bit of seaweed but wasn’t cleaned everyday. Drinks were good with options for extra top shelf liquor. Looovee the biodegradable agave straws they provide with every drink too. Small details matter! Overall would come back here again. "

"Service was great. I did not have any issues, even small ones while i was there. Food at the restaurants was fantastic. Don't do the cruise, stay here, the drinks are included and you can walk out to the beach or pool. Excursions can be arranged with the help of resort staff and those are great. "

"First time at Moon palace! We enjoyed our time here..the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was always so friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to have more was for the dining especially breakfast was to have more choice such a beef or turkey protein. As a family who doesn’t eat pork we would appreciate that. "
