"As the title mentions, this hotel is a great way to stay in the area without paying resort prices. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The only thing that was challenging was that the road to the hotel was up a large, steep hill, but it was only about $5 to catch an Uber to anywhere in town. The steep hill means that the view from the hotel is pretty awesome too."

"We loved this hotel! We were getting mixed reviews online prior to booking but we are so glad we stayed here. This property didn’t break the bank and the best part was that it was all inclusive. Gabriel at the Expedia desk was super helpful from check in to check out. The pools were awesome with daily activities and especially the slides for the kids. "Only one bad thing their Snorkeling equipment… needs better attention and sanitation. My daughter caught a bacteria from it that we had to take her to the doctor once we got back to the US and had to take meds for a whole week. So if you wanna snorkel I say take your own or buy some at Compass "

"No one was trying to sell us anything. We felt welcomed and pampered. Sergio T took care of us at the pool. Oscar at Pergola, Xochit at Sakke.
