"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"This review is meant to help those future guests. The location of the hotel is great it has an amazing view. You feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The resort/ hotel needs an update so there are many inconveniences. The price is low due to the hiccups throughout the facility. They are currently remodeling the kitchen therefore there’s no breakfast options. They do provide Banana bread, whole fruit, and coffee. "This is an old and historic property. It is still being renovated , but was comfortable and gave an experience of an old, historic plantation home. Manoa Valley is a good location. It was nice to sit out in the morning and look at the garden and listen to the birds. "
