Had light snacks in the lounge; food and service were good on par with what you'd expect at a Marriott. Would be better if the hotel offered a pool or hot tub and the valet or front desk could make change to pay gratuities."

"There was a hair strand on sofa and the barhroom floor near shower door was bloated and damaged because of poor design. But other than that it was better than outrigger beach hotel that we switched to hyatt centric and we were happy with it. Nice little pool for kids. Staff were friendly."
