"Great stay"

"This is our third stay at Princess Kaiulani. The location is unbeatable. We did notice the mugs and glasses are now paper and plastic cups, which is not environmental friendly. There was always a long wait at the lifts due to construction. Parking was easy although it cost a hefty $45 per day. We enjoyed the cultural activities and fish feeding. We have fond memories of this hotel and will come back again."

"Rooms have been renovated which is great but bathroom has limited storage. Some extra hooks to hang towels and toiletries would be great. Only 2 out of 3 lifts were working which was very annoying. We waited close to 10 mins to get from Pool Level to ground floor as lifts were full."

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"The staff are very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to anywhere on Waikīkī. Only downside, the amount of beach front is small but there is a public park right next door."
