"The lady that was doing the time share gave incorrect information to us. We did not receive out visa give card of $175. Because she gave incorrect information."

"Very good location. Clean fairly modern nice larger rooms. Pool had day beds loungers and umbrellas. Safe in our room didn’t lock and only warm no hot water in the shower. Offered a hospitality suite if we needed after check out, which we didn’t use but was nice to learn of. "

"Amazing hotel , friendly staffs and always made me felt like going home each time . I liove the washer & dryer & full size fridge it made my packing lighter. Love the ocean view rooms & large balcony . Nice bathroom with large bath tub was my liking too . Totally love the pools & the poolside staffs were super nice & made our stay so much more relaxing . We will be returning there for sure . "

"The room would have been fine except for a few issues. Yes, it was very dated cosmetically inside. But the issues we had were cockroaches and an airconditioner that was extremely loud making earplugs necessary to sleep. Additionally, the bedroom door did not close which limited my husband and my privacy from our teens who were staying in the living room."
