"The lady that was doing the time share gave incorrect information to us. We did not receive out visa give card of $175. Because she gave incorrect information."

"Half the hotel is getting renovated, make sure you ask for the renovated rooms. It was an additional $40 a night charge but worth it. The room was so cute, roomy, and plenty of storage. The staff was very friendly and all parts of the hotel was very clean. We really liked that the pool was open until 9pm. Our kids loved it and especially the lawn with outdoor games. Perfect view of the mountains and harbor. We also loved that the beach was right there. We will definitely be coming back to stay...

"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We checked in and got conjoining room. The people next to us were loud and had children. We asked for room changed and they were able to move us to a great room. The property was very clean and well kept. The beach lounges are free. The beach was very clean and calm. There’s others food options around hotel. Definitely,need a car rental to get around. $30 daily hotel parking for car. There’s a Costco/ Walmart/ target about 10 mins away. "

"Very good location. Clean fairly modern nice larger rooms. Pool had day beds loungers and umbrellas. Safe in our room didn’t lock and only warm no hot water in the shower. Offered a hospitality suite if we needed after check out, which we didn’t use but was nice to learn of. "
