"The room was very large and excellent. The shower and bath were especially wonderful after a full day of walking. The staff were friendly and held our bags in the morning while we wandered during the day. Beds were some of the comfiest of any of the hotels we stayed in. "

"We stayed for 3 nights during a Universal Studio visit. Location was amazing. Staff very helpful. I left stuff behind in room and they held it until my Dad could pick it up. Literally on the theme park doors footsteps. Breakfast was decent."

"Excellent location near Namba station, and a short walk from Dottombori. The room was also very comfortable. The only negative is that it would sometime get loud at night from the traffic on the street, but this wasn't too much of an issue for us."
