"Great hotel, location, and value overall but elevator keypads didn’t always work and the first morning, it took SEVENTEEN minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up. Maintenance was called but after waiting for an hour for them to show up, I called back and cancelled because we wanted to start our day. Hot water was not an issue after morning one so that was good. Extra towels were delivered promptly which was much appreciated. All of the employees we encountered at check in were wonderful. Lisa Vanderpump’s new restaurant Pinky’s is a must!! Absolutely stunning and the food and drinks were delicious and beautifully served. The new coffee shop Havana’s was amazing. "
