"Fire place leaked gas. Toilet flushed occasionally. Bedskirt ripped. Wooden cabinets throughout scratched as well as the moulding on the floors. Hair dryer exploded and created smoke situation. A new one came hours later. THIS ROOM SHOULD NOT BE RENTED UNTIL THESE THINGS ARE ADDRESSED. The best part of this room was the location."

"The location is fantastic, but… we were given incorrect information by Expedia that directed to wrong location for check in. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No WiFi password. TVs barely worked, constant buffering and freezing. Skylight does not latch shut. We should not have to spend our time chasing down the management company to solve problems. "
