I love this property. Your staff is so friendly except for the front desk people. The saam stressed and unhappy. Bianca at Charlie Palmers, is the absolute best. We akwas eat there because if her. The room are very nice and the beds are heaven. Those pillows make you smile all night long. The xmas decorations were awesome!!!! Thank you seevyou the 1st week of December.

The resort was beautiful as well as the rooms. The game floor had many slots and kept clean. Easy to check in and out. Lots of parking space. Went to other casino resorts and it doesn't even compare Would reccomend this hotel!

Nice property! It could be a little cleaner. Stained chaise lounge in the hotel room and we had to ask housekeeping for wash towels. The elevators were pretty dirty at all times of the day.
