"The check -in process was absolutely horrible! The front desk gave our room away to another family member by mistake. Their entire system was off-line during check-in time for Super Bowl weekend. The staff was friendly, casino floor was adequate, food court & restaurant options are severely lacking. Great views from our room! We have stayed at many hotels in Vegas over the past 20yrs & the RIO still has the best views of the Vegas Strip! It was a fun weekend & even with the above listed issues,...

"I stay here all the time Most of the girls at the front desk are super friendly. I don’t like that they close the jacuzzi for the winter - it’s not like this is Chicago Close the pool but let us that work hard use the jacuzzi!!!! They finally cleaned the carpet in the elevator The rooms have been upgraded The tv does jot pull out or turn So if u r eating at the table U cant really c the tv. Still will always go back I don’t gamble much so I’m not the “preferred” client but still is ok...
