"The room was pretty dusty and seemed like it needed some upgrades from wear and tear. Otherwise we really like this property and will stay again. Good staff, easy to get to, feels safe, and good food options. "

"I like how far you had to walk to get to ground Transportation from the main floor of the lobby. The walk was extremely difficult going underground walking through all the shots to get to where your Uber Lyft ride would be. It was very inconvenient. My first ride left me and I had to get a second ride."

"I loved everything about staying at the Cosmo. The only inconvenience was that our card didn’t work for the parking garage even after getting new cards 3 times! That was very annoying."

"Positives- Everyone that worked at the property was very friendly and we always love to see how the garden area is decorated. The Chinese new year decor was beautiful. There are lots of great restaurants to choose from and we love the ice cream shop. Negatives- we tried to go to the hot tub around 7pm. We were told they were closed but that they have them in the salon/spa. The salon/spa charges $100 per person to use their hot tubs and my 17 year old daughter wouldn’t have been able to come...

"We had a wonderful experience. We loved our new, clean and quiet room. The workout and spa facilities were fabulous. We gambled a little. We liked that it was not overly crowded. We had a great time! We'd love to go back and use the pool when it is warmer. Great new hotel!"
