"Excelente ubicación ya que fui a un concierto en el Palacio de los deportes, queda cruzando la calles. El hotel proporciona un servicio de cortesía de transporte al aeropuerto que siempre es útil y la habitación es muy bonita, limpia y cuenta con persianas automatizadas. Excelente hotel "

"When we arrived the hostess at the lobby wasn’t that friendly. The overall state of the hotel is good, however the bathroom has leaks and there is no noise cancelling. You can listen to everything going on in your floor. "

"The room and bathroom were very clean, had hot water, and the bed was softer than in other hotels at this price. It had the necessary amenities, but no coffee maker, refrigerator or other extra services. Daily cleaning service was excellent, The front entrance is located in an alley which doesn't give it a safe feeling when returning at night, but we did not have any issues. It's conveniently located near the zocalo and other tourist points, and restaurants"
