"This hotel was perfect for a short trip. Rooms are small but it was ok as we were barely in the room. Bonus! Magna magazines were available to read in the lobby all day, unlimited drinks and coffee, and self serve vanilla ice cream. This was such a treat especially coming back to the hotel. Breakfast was ok. You would need to go a few buildings down to Corner Restaurant to eat breakfast. Other than that hotel neccessities were available in the lobby and room was comfortable and clean. "Convenient and very reasonably priced location. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Corner rooms have an issue with excess water droplets on windows due to condsation. Shower curtains should be replaced with new due to age and moldy smell."

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "

"Our stay at this property for our first trip to Tokyo, Japan was wonderful! It is conveniently located nearby train stations that are walking distance as well as 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores. There are also nearby eateries and a grocery store just a few blocks away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially families or solo travelers who are looking for a quiet place to stay with everything that you need. Checking in and checking out was a breeze! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very accommodating!"

"The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels. The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama. "
