The Executive Lounge is spectacular. Unfortunately could not see Mt. Fuji due to the rain and clouds but can be seen on a clear day.

I booked ahead of a group tour that was originating from this hotel to avoid having to check in/out; however they did need to switch my room after 2 days (to a smaller room), but did so very efficiently. The room I booked through Expedia was large, clean and excellent. Location was 2 blocks from the Shibuya station, where the Narita Express stops, and from which you can get anywhere in the city. Frankly I preferred the Grand Nikko Tokyo in Odaiba at the end of the tour - more relaxing area by the bay, but if you want to be in walking distance of Shinjuku, Roponngi, etc., the Cerulean is a good choice. Included a good breakfast buffet.

Great staff. Fantastic view from bar on top floor. Limited breakfast for a hotel of this standard. Would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing hotel, loved it!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The check-in process was quick, which was really nice after our very long day of traveling. The hotel was clean and very nice, and our room was spacious and quiet with a terrific updated bathroom. The view from our room was spectacular, and on a clear evening we had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. All of the staff were so attentive, helpful and kind. We know very little Japanese, but every staff person we spoke to was fluent in English so communication was not a problem. The location was very convenient and close to the Shibuya train station, which we used daily. We ordered room service a couple of times, and it arrived quickly and was very good. When we were getting ready to leave, we asked the porter about how to get a taxi to the airport, and she quickly arranged for one to pick us up from the hotel at the time we requested. We are from the United States and it was our first trip to Japan, and we had a really great experience at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel. We would like to thank the management and all of the staff for their excellent service and for the wonderful stay!
