"I stayed at the Coba resort for 7 nights with my husband. The room was as shown in the pictures. The fridge had a big bottle of water, two beers and three sodas. There was another bottle of water outside at room temperature. Theres a coffee machine with a pouch of coffee, there is tea, creamer and sugar. They restock these every day if consumed. There are sufficient towels in the bathroom. If you need anything just call the concierge and they are very responsive. The buffets of all four hotels are excellent. So many options for all tastes and preferences. I am vegetarian and had always great and healthy choices. There are snack restaurants open while the buffet is closed, so good too, I was impressed. The hotels are connected via this carts that run all day around the properties. They take you to the other hotels, the Hacienda, and the beaches. Resorts are great for families, couples and kids all ages. The social areas are spacious and there’s plenty of place in the beach and at the pools. Even the buffet restaurants are enormous but never feels crowded. The social area at the Coba is the nicer from my experience. There’s this big room after the lobby where you can sit to have a drink or a coffee and passing that is this big plaza where they have shows and music in the evening. Very nice. The beach I preferred the Tulum because it was quiet and there was no loud music coming from the pool, also less crowded. Sometimes the pool areas where too loud because of the music."

"The property itself is amazing and beautiful. It is a very quiet and very well kept hotel. We loved the food options that the buffet offered and the restaurants as well. Our room was very nice and we were upgraded to the penthouse suite with the rooftop hot tub. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Cons: people smoke everywhere. There is designated smoking areas but it doesn’t matter. People smoke by the pool, the beach, on walkways and on their balconies so you can smell smoke everyone. Also, there was random pest control done at 6 pm on a Wednesday while people were walking. It smelled like chemicals and was on the walkways. "

The service to start right from the front desk, to all the waiting staff - Marcelino at the Park, The Good Bar- Angelica and of course Roberto and Fernando (the concierge). All of these staff made our trip extra special. They work hard and should have recognition. We will be back next year "

"Wonderful resort and the most amazing friendly staff. For an all inclusive you were made to feel like a special guest nothing was a problem. Selection of restaurants was very good as was the main dining buffet, bars everywhere and no pressure to tip. Room was splendid cleaned every day, great bedding. Beach fabulous and good off beach snorkeling. Can’t rate it high enough!"
