My first trip to Las Vegas was made more pleasurable by staying at this great off-strip hotel. Comfortable, clean, and never a bad meal at any of their restaurants. Will defend stay there again.

Keycard was not working. Manager had to issue a new keycard butbut still did not work. Technician deployed to fix issue, still not fixed. They needed to relocate us and get us into another room.

The room was really nice big downer it was noisy and the room location was awful looking out on to a service road then a lorry turned up at 6.30 am to unload with its engine running would stay there again 😩😩😩

I didn't get any VIP perks. No room upgrade, no late checkout or anything else that Expedia VIP listed. None! Cheapest room by the elevator on the first floor. Basic amenities. Constant noise and people directly on top of me were very loud. Also very smoky.

Smaller hotel, quaint, safe, not so rowdy and did not require long walks to get anywhere. Pool - it didn’t seem heated but nice! Not a strong smoke smell. Twin peaks - was great!
