The upgrade Same size from our orig room we checked in. Only on high res floor (from 19th to 26th floor with strip view). Only 1 bathrobe in the upgraded room, no slipper we had to request it, the floor lamp in the living room was not working when we moved to our new room. The first room we checked in the mini bar are not fully stacked and so we called the FD to let them know so we don’t get charged and they charged us I bottle water from our orig room which we have not drink any water so they took it out from our room charged. Wish this hotel has coffee maker to request hot water they will charged you 9.00 svc fee and to request coffee maker in the room they will charged 40.00. Calling fd to complain they don’t provide excellent service. This morning housekeeping knocking at our door around 10:30am with our privacy lights on want to clean our room it’s irritating bec we are trying to get ready to check out 11AM. I will not recommend this hotel everything cost to have a comfortable stay.

This property was amazing and staff was extremely friendly; especially front desk agent Adayana. We attended shows at both T-Mobile Arena and The Colosseum and ARIA was within walking distance to both. If possible, I would recommend a view of the strip because that's what helped us realize how close we actually were to T-Mobile arena. Downfalls: While there is a mini fridge in the room, they charge you to use it. This meant we had to do some creative maneuvering to keep our water bottles cold. In addition to this, there was no available microwave for guests to use (in the room or in common areas like by ice maker) so forget bringing left overs back to your room unless you don't mind eating them cold. You don't realize the microwave is an issue until you're wanting to heat up something after a night out. Other: Not necessarily a downfall, but the Starbucks closing at 6pm is certainly odd when Vegas seems to never close and the rooms don't have coffee makers. We ended up finding another property that had a location closing at 10pm to try and get something later at night. This may not be an issue for most, but, it was cold during our visit so having a hot beverage on the walk back or once I was back at the property would have been great. I would certainly stay again at the property as it was extremely nice and there were little to no problems experienced. But, I will certainly keep in mind the lack of microwave and mini fridge expense when dining out in the future.
