"I loved staying at this property! It had so many amazing amenities in addition to the onsen like the free late night ramen, all day ice cream, and morning yogurt drinks! There was a wide spread of items at the breakfast buffet for a great price. The tatami mat feature throughout the hotel was also so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel next time!"

"Location is good, right next to Kyoto station and the attached 7-Eleven is as always very useful. Check-in process was not good. We were instructed to use the check-in kiosk while there were people at the main desk not attending to anyone, which felt dismissive. The kiosk is a lot slower and more inconvenient overall than being attended to by staff. Otherwise the staff were polite and helpful. Free unlimited amenities in the lobby such as face towels, toothbrushes, coffee, tea etc. however no...
