"This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour.
