"i love this property. it is big and with all the tatami floor all over the property, it is very nice. the onsen was good , never crowded. breakfast was awesome lots of selection. the room we had was spacious. I will go back to Onyado Nono for sure. The only thing i dont like about this hotel is that it is quite busy with a lot of people. you may have to line up to get breakfast or to use the massage chair."

"We had to ask to be moved on our first night as the train noise was exceptionally loud. The room we moved to was fine. Staff were l lovely especially Dhungana Samar who helped us move rooms in the night. Concierge was also excellent. "
