"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful"

"It’s nice there is a hot springs. Not that it’s super nice but hot springs is great nonetheless. I got this for $76 a night and I was annoyed that when I went to book a third night the day before, it was only $51. And it came with a balcony and the other room did not. So try to stay here for less than $60 a night. Also don’t lose your key card they try to charge ¥2000 yen and don’t tell you that before. "

"It is spaciuos, comfortable and clean. That was what I like most. The only thing I dislike is that it provides only one thin pillow per person and refuse to provide one more even if I'm willing to pay extra."

"This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. My mistake didn't read the email, end up bit worry about the check-in but end up with Very Helpful staff to get the check-in problem solved. Overall is pretty good in location, clean, cozy,...

"great japanese style breakfast, room is clean but it would perfect if there is non-smoking room, still has the smoke odour in smoking room. overall, it is spacious, clean, a little bit walk from station but they offer free shuttle ride to train station. good place to stay if you travel to amanohashidate!"
