The hotel is right outside exit B13/14 of Kyoto Station, a stone throw away from the bus terminal and JR Post Kyoto central branch making it a great base to park in Kyoto. However the room I got was rather small and there is a cold air draft from the window next to the bed, it might be better for the bigger room.

I like the location as it’s conveniently near the station. However, one of the staff members was a bit rude. I didn’t appreciate being told I could take two items per person (shampoo, lotion, etc.) and then being chased after to say it was actually two items total. How can two people be expected to share just two small packets in total? Other hotels are not as stingy with ameneties.

Está al cruzar la calle de la estación del tren, nosotros llegamos de Hiroshima y nos quedamos una noche en el hotel, es una área de restaurantes de todos los precios. A menos de 3 minutos está un lugar turístico importante. Luego nos fuimos en un bus que sale cruzando la estación a el aeropuerto de Osaka. Ellos te dicen cómo ir a tomarlos. La habitación limpia y cómoda pero un poco pequeña para alguien q sufra de claustrofobia. A nosotros no nos molesta la dimensión del espacio pero si es súper chica la habitación.

The hotel is in a great location and was very clean with attentive staff. The bed was comfortable. The sitting area in our room was a nice perk and there were additional sitting areas in the lobby. Cute book area in lobby with free water and hot or iced teas was also a great perk. I did not like the large step up into the bathroom and the lack of handrails on the stairwells. For safety, please install handrails on the stairs.
