"I could not have asked for better service and accommodations (okay breakfast was okay- not great). Amazing spa and fitness facility. Amazing views of the garden. When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were. This place is EXPENSIVE, but with every penny. I will be back. "

New, clean, free drink every night, outdoor fireplaces, next to Kyoto station, an onsen, massage chairs! Free tea all day, free laundry, Japanese style pajamas…I felt rich here!
