10/10 Excellent
"great clean property for every type of traveller. Loved every moment of my stay. I spent less time in the room since you have to be on your toe all the time to enjoy every bit tokyo. Didn’t use other amenities but i am sure it would have been amazing."
"The property was excellent for exploring Tokyo and its wards. Shopping areas were close and convenient. The Tama River pathway was in close proximity to take an evening stroll. "
"I had a great stay at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku! The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji (on clear days) and we could also see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s light show at night, which was such a cool bonus.
The location is super convenient — really close to metro lines, tons of shopping, and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer. It made getting around and exploring Tokyo really easy.
Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Whether you’re into traditional Japanese breakfast or prefer something more familiar like eggs and toast, they’ve got you covered.
The staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their service.
Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. Highly recommend it!

"Convenient location and large space like airBnB. We had a bit of trouble finding it on first day because its entrance is in a courtyard. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed the separate rooms, kitchen and space for luggages."
"I like that our room was large and accommodating. We wasn’t sure where the air monitor was, but someone quickly came by to show us.
We easily got a taxi downstairs with the help of the hotel staff.
We were able to easily access eateries all around us."
