"We ventured to Osaka after a stopover in Kyoto, staying at the RHIGA hotel in Osaka. We have stayed at the RHIGA Osaka several times in the past including a family trip in May 2023. We like the convenience of the hotel’s relative closeness to Osaka Station and having access to the hotel’s free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the JR Osaka Station. For some reason we ended up with a handicap accessible room which meant a very roomy bathroom. While our booking did not include breakfast there were many breakfast places to choose from at Osaka Station. I did note that the comforter and the pillows at the RHIGA Osaka were more comfortable that the RHIGA Kyoto and their shuttle bus started earlier and ended later than the shuttle service at the RHIGA Kyoto. Of special note were the international staff who greeted us when we approached the front desk and the concierge. The knowledgeable staff were able to answer our questions without us having to go to the front desk. I suspect this service is in preparation for the Osaka Expo which will be taking place in 2025. Great service, reasonable prices for an upscale hotel and the expanded hours of their shuttle bus are big pluses when looking for a hotel in Osaka that’s not too close to the train station "

"The location is extememly convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation places. The staff are so nice and helpful. The room is clean and brightly lit, amenities are nice, and the service is top-notch. It's also right next to the airport limousine bus stop. Highly recommended hotel."

"Hotels location is perfect - loads of options to dine in Kito area of Osaka. It can get little noisy as its on main street but as expected in the major busy city. Hotel room was little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan in Tokyo and Kyoto but for short stay if you exploring Osaka and want to be central its good option. Main thing for me hotel was clean and convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are very small by European and north American standards which is normal for Japan - you literally cannot swing a cat - just the bed and very small bathroom. You will have to pay extra if you need more space. But we didnt mind it - we were there to sleep only and explore the city. Hotel is very close to Osaka Station which is one of the main stations in the city but don't confuse it with Shin-Osaka station if you are using Shinkansen bullet train - it departs from Shin Osaka. Again not an issue just another quick train ride to get there should you need to connect to Shin Osaka."

"I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option"

"This hotel is very convenient to Osaka Station (once you get through that maze!). The buffet breakfast was decent. Given its convenient location, I would stay there again. "
