"Very good service, they would go above and beyond to give a great service and accomodate any of your needs. During this time of the year- ends of June the beach is useless. If coming for the beach go to Isla Mujeres. If coming to rest or drink the property is great! Saddly we went because of the Beach and the Kids. Don't know if during a different season the beach looks better"

"We loved our stay, everyone was so friendly, especially Patricia on the front desk and Jose, they helped us with our room, booking Whale Shark tours and even went above and beyond to look for golfing places and available times for my husband. By far one of our best vacation destinations and places we have been. Everyone was so great and made our trip wonderful. "

"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early! "This property is absolutely beautiful. From the moments that you walk in the staff make you feel you are at home. The service amazing. The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family."
