"The property offers great service, friendly staff and is clean. The only issue is that a few times a week they have "party afternoon and night" and if you're looking to relax, even with the room door closed, the music is disturbingly loud. Note this is also not an adults only hotel, so expect a lot of children. s"

"Beautiful resort with good food options throughout the day. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Steps away from the blue/turquoise beach makes a perfect getaway. Beach and pool volleyball hosted by the hotel staff was fun. Lines at restaurants were reasonable at opening time, much less a couple hours later. Although inside of the property is showing signs of age, it is well kept and very clean. We will consider coming back. Highly recommended resort for families."

"The beach is excellent! The location is great! The best beach view from balcony. The alcoholic was not great, I had the all inclusive and if you wanted the good liquor you were charged extra for it. At times, it was difficult to get reservations for the extra restaurants on property. "

"I have stayed in many all inclusives, and Gran Fiesta Americana Coral Beach definitely wins the top spot! They were fantastic - so many amenities, beautiful new restaurants (the Argentinian steakhouse was AMAZING) and so many events and activities. The pools and beaches were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Great staff and made our experience memorable by going above and beyond every time. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Cancún resort! "

"My partner and I loved this resort so much! First time traveling to cancún and they were very friendly, welcoming and informative. Definitely would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to cancún. Also the food was delicious so we’re the drinks. We especially loved the activity people! JJ and Miguel have the best deals if you’re looking for any activities!"

"Really wonderful staff, excellent food and great value for money. The beach was clean and not crowded though we did go in low season. Take the ferry to Isla Mujeres using the Ultra Carga ferry. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly aggressive timeshare marketing. We made the mistake of sitting in on their pitch which went on for three hours!!!!! I had to tell them we were done with them before they would let us leave. It really spoiled our first day at the resort. "

"It was overall a super nice place; however the all inclusive package was not like other resorts. Most alcoholic drinks and food items on the menu had an upcharge in order to get them. The outdoor bars closed at 530pm which was fairly early. "

"This hotel is an oasis for families with small children. We visited with a 3 year old and 8 month old, and it feels like the whole resort is setup to make families comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and amazing, but we were especially impressed with the team at the Imagine Kids Club. The Imagine Kids Club team were so warm and friendly, and they made it feel just like our daycare back home.
