"Wanted to write a review as it was so good to see the attitude and hard work of all staff members, especially the younger members of the team. Proper hospitality, lovely food, amazing wine list and atmosphere. The hotel was super busy but there's a small army of staff... Including a very cheery breakfast chef this morning, constantly bringing out fresh food... Breakfast was lovely. Also loved the piano player in the evening. Minor criticism, hope it's helpful....
