"Great place to stopover (we had a long trip from southern England to northern Scotland). Very dog friendly with beautiful parks for the dogs to run. It just feels like you’re staying in a stately home."

I’m so glad we booked a room here to have this experience! It’s a 15 min drive to see the adorable highland coos and Loch Ness. I would totally recommend and stay here again! "

"Loved this guest house as so quiet and tranquil. The views are fabulous and the walks from the house beautiful. A hearty breakfast every day freshly cooked all locally sourced. The house is very clean and so welcoming, you feel at home straight away. I would recommend to anyone and shall be staying again."

"The location is absolutely stunning, the welcome is warm and the house cat is gorgeous - and Queen of this particular castle. The hotel is beautiful but also quirky. Our room, the Emperor room was nicely decorated in dark green with a big antique cupboard. There’s a lovely view, only very slightly obscured by the conservatory. "Quite an unusual experience for me, eating dinner with the owners, chef and others guests, then relaxing in the sitting room as opposed to spending the evening sat on my bed like a usual B&B. It really made it an enjoyable stay. Everyone was lovely, food was delicious."
