"This was our first trip to Scotland and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice with the Virgin Hotel. From the moment we checked in with Connor handling our luggage, to every concierge helping us navigate the city; the service/experience was incredible. This was also our first stay at a Virgin Hotel and it will not be our last. We are doing more international travel in the future and Virgin Hotels will be our first choice. "

"Comfortable stay and a good view from the castle facing room. The room had no AC cooling as it is rare for the city temperature to go up like it did this June. The hotel does provide a table fan and it does cool off after 8 pm Overall a good stay with a good variety in breakfast"

"Had a wonderful stay, helpful staff and great amenities. We really enjoyed the personal touches like our name being on the tv screen when we entered and being able to go for a dip in the pool when we woke up. "
