"The buffet breakfast is great, and there is lots of room. The family room we stayed in had two separate rooms and a great view of the water and even the suspension bridge. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that it had no interior staircases--only fire exits, which I presume end up in a flowerbed or something. With only two elevators, once or twice it was crowded, and since the hotel has only 5 floors some usable stairs would be very nice. (Great staff as well.)"

"Only one complaint: there were no electrical outlets anywhere near the bed. Plenty on the desk across the room, but no way to charge multiple devices that might be needed during the night without getting out of bed to do so."

"Too short of stay in Inverness. Property was beautiful and clean. Double twin was good sized with comfy beds. Hotel was quite busy so upon return from dinner, parking was quite tight. Breakfast selection was fantastic. Overall a great stay."

"Very convenient for access to the city centre. Unfortunately, no parking but there is a multi storey nearby. Let-down for me was that the 'B&B' implies breakfast included - but it isn't... Expect to pay an additional £14 if you want breakfast/#."
