Super friendly staff who are keen to make you feel comfortable. Our room was quite cold, we were provided with a second heater which didn't really help but it's no biggy. We have actually had to book a second night due to weather conditions and were lucky enough to get a great deal. All in all a great stay and would definitely come again.

The hotel would probably get higher, the rooms themselves are cosy and nice enough, but if you stay on the ground floor (rooms 1 & 2), the rooms above you can just hear everything. Super loud when people are walking, opening doors/cupboards etc. no chance you can sleep with that noise

My room was lovely and pretty large. The bathroom was nice. The shower was good, however the thermostat/on/off handle was a bit dodgy and took a little fiddling. Breakfast was good. Good selection.
