"I loved there was something for everyone it was easy to get to not fsr from airport n easy access to get the bus to go to the shopping centers so many food chooses it is a big resort so its a lot of walking the entertainment is more on one side or main lobby area the down everything closes early pool i think was 7 nightlife 12.but overall a nice place.I would go back."

"We had a great time at the Wyndham Grant Cancun. The hotel is lively, with families, kids, and crowds of different ages. All rooms were newly remodeled and updated. I upgraded for the ocean view, which was worth the extra. The rooms are not big, but clean and well-maintained. We were on the seventh floor, and often, there was low water pressure or none around dinner time since people were getting ready for the night. The hotel is not too big and has a medium-sized, homely feeling, probably due to the different outdoor levels. Plenty of green plants and palm trees added to the pleasant atmosphere. What made our stay very enjoyable was the entertainment team, especially Wiskey, who went above and beyond to keep us engaged and happy. We participated in daily water volleyball, water basketball, water aerobics, bingo, and many other fun challenges. The food was good, but not the best, because I am very picky. Three restaurants required reservations, and we had to try daily to get in. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant the most, which offered outstanding service. The second restaurant was the steakhouse, which was okay, and the Piña Colada restaurant by the beach. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Pina Colada restaurant, so we had lunch there every day. The buffet was not the best and was not to my taste. There was fast food all day and an okay sushi bar. It was a daily struggle for pool chairs. All staff were terrific, always trying their best to accommodate our needs. "

"Overall, the property exceeded our expectations. Our room was impeccable and we enjoyed the private rooftop with plunge pool. Our pool didn’t work two days during our stay because the water evaporated; we did call to have it fixed, but it didn’t get done before we checked out. It didn’t bother us too badly, but it would’ve been nice had the staff made more of an effort to clean the pool and fill it with water. Nonetheless, the restaurants were very good for the most part. The breakfast buffet, Italian restaurant, and French restaurant were our favorites. We didn’t try them all (10 total restaurants on property), but we found The Grill and Spice (Asian) to be mediocre at best. The activities and pools were outstanding. The staff… out of this world! It was a very peaceful vacation and we look forward to a future stay. I highly recommend using the hotel’s driving service to/from the airport. It’s totally worth it."
