"The room was perfect for our needs and very convenient location. Staff were very nice and food was delicious. We'll be back!"

"Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms early which was easy and efficient. The room clean and comfortable . The second room at 3pm i gave up on until the evening, as the line ups were long and slow to check in . The second room 1234 was very nice, but could have done with a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. The car parking on the lower ground floor does need to be looked at . Parking is very tight. I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out of my car. Not ideal for a 67 year old lady. A minor fault . A very nice hotel which we will return to again . Second stay. Great area to stay for sightseeing. Tube close by . "

"This is my first stay at the St. James Court since the pandemic (My last visit was in 2018.) and I am happy to say that almost nothing has changed! Of course, you really can’t beat the location, but the hotel, while under some renovations, did not disappoint. I’m looking forward to my next visit!"
